The model 2000 series features a 9 ¼-inch throat with a funnel shape for easy feeding. A 13-gallon shred bin holds volumes of paper and the continuous duty motor eliminates the need for a “cool-down” period. The SmartShred visual indicators help keep the operator informed. These indicator features include: power on, bag full, overload and door ajar indicators. The GBC 2000 series shredder models include the 2260X cross cut and 2240S strip cut shredders.
