The BQ-140 is the ideal machine for the Short Run/On-Demand market. A simple switch allows the operator to immediately select one of three binding modes: perfect binding with two may notching (for maximum book strength); perfect binding without notching (for very thin books); and simple binding (when a cover isn’t needed). The BQ-140 features an efficient paper dust vacuum system that keeps the environment clean. The dynamic nipper table automatically senses and adjusts to the size of the book being bound. The BQ-140 can produce up to 200 books per hour up to 1.2" thick.
