Height is on the left (Y axis) and width is on the bottom (X axis) of the chart. Chart is not to scale.

  • All dies can be made of super-hard material - these dies are priced at an additional 25% of regular dies.

  • WITHOUT CAMERA-READY ART:
      Same as above except add $20.00 for art work and $25.00 for typesetting.
