The EP-28 is a high-volume electric paper punch with fully disengaging dies to prevent edge nicking on odd-sized paper. The foot pedal allows you to handle the paper with your hands while punching and also includes a paper-activated micro-switch for hands-free punching. Although this model does not bind, the punching feature can save you time and money.
