The EZ Closer is made for closing double loop wire. Most double loop wire binding machines include their own wire closer, but people who have comb binding machines can punch holes for 19 ring Spiral-O wire and then use the EZ Closer to close the wire shut. The EZ Closer will work with 19 ring, 2:1 (2 holes per inch) and 3:1 (3 holes per inch) double loop wire up to 1" in diameter.
