Pressure sealers make mailing rebates, checks, statements and other material extremely easy. The Formax AutoSeal FD 2000 pressure sealer is excellent for folding and sealing self-mailers. The control panel on this pressure sealer is extremely easy to use and navigate. The drop in feature features 3 rollers that quickly grab paper and pull it into the machine. This helps to keep alignment where it should be and creates high-quality results.
The FD 2000 features a six-digit counter, jog control, fault detection and LED indicator lights. The hopper can hold up to 200 pressure-activated forms and is capable of folding them at a speed of 7,000 pieces per hour. This pressure sealer is robust enough to handle daily jobs, yet is compact enough to sit on most desks. It can even handle forms up to 14” long, allowing it to fold and seal letter-size pressure seal forms. Both the top and side covers have been insulated, which helps to reduce noise.
