The Formax FD 6150 is one of the most affordable envelope stuffing and inserting machines available. The FD 6150 has a total of two fully-automatic sheet feeders and one automatic insert / BRE (business reply envelope) feeder. This machine replaces the popular FD 6100. The clamshell design of the case makes this machine easy to access and clean. Simply lift on a latch and the top half of the machine opens up. The build in storage on this machine can hold up to 9 different custom jobs.

Designed for use in the office, the FD 6150 is capable of doing what many higher-end machines do. This folder inserter can handle a wide range of paper sizes. It can be used with paper up to 14” long, invoices, checks, newsletters and much more. The Formax FD 6150 can handle mail at a speed of about 1,350 sheets per hour, with each feeder capable of holding up to 325 sheets.

The control panel on the FD 6150 is extremely easy to set up and use. The AutoSet feature automatically detects and sets the length of the paper, the envelope size, fold length, fold type and much more. Each tray utilizes a drop-in style feeder, making paper placement extremely easy.
