The Intellishred PS-79Ci utilities Jam Proof technology that makes it impossible to jam. If too much paper is entered into this shredder, sensors detect the problem and either stop the shredder before a jam can occur or applies more power to finish the job. This shredder also uses patented SafeSense technology. If the shredder detects a hand near the opening, the shredder turns off. This shredder can handle credit cards, staples, paper clips and CDs.
