Thanks to its unique internal auto-oiling feature, the Formax FD 8650CC AutoOiler Office Shredder delivers high-volume shredding performance. Shredders with built-in auto oilers actually shred larger amounts of paper than competing models without. The machine’s oiling mechanism periodically pumps oil onto the cutting blades to ensure optimum shredding.
The FD 8650CC was designed to operate as a centralized office shredder. The machine’s industrial strength AC geared-motor and cutting heads will shred up to 28 sheets of paper at one time. It operates at speeds up to 30 feet per minute. The FD 8650CC also has a relatively wide feed opening that accepts documents up to 16 inches. Its large waste bin holds up to 53 gallons of shredded material.
The FD 8650CC has other impressive commercial-grade features including a steel cabinet, easy-to-use LED control panel with load indicator, heat-treated steel blades, and a waste bin with a lifetime guarantee.
