The new Formax FD-6402-4 folder inserter is designed to quickly and efficiently fold and insert paper into envelopes. The FD6402 Standard 4 has four standard feeders where the FD 6402 Special 4 has two standard feeders and two special feeders capable of handling glossy paper. Both folder inserters are capable of folding documents up to 14-inches long. This includes documents such as checks, invoices, newsletters and more. The motor on the FD-6402-4 runs at a speed of up to 4,000 pieces per hour. The hopper can hold up to 325 sheets. An Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) function is available as a option.

The color touch screen is easy to navigate and operate. Settings such as fold length, fold type, envelope size, paper size and more are adjusted automatically.
