The DB-16 offers a quick comb binding solution. Although the DB-16 does not punch, it does open and close plastic combs, allowing more than one person to help in the comb binding process. The DB-16 not only compliments other comb-binding machines, but also works well with high volume comb binding punchers such as the EP-28 and Power Punch.
