Quickly cut paper, card stock, chip board and more with the highly effective MBM Kutrimmer 1046 guillotine paper trimmer. This German-engineered paper cutter uses a razor-sharp Solingen steel blade that is extremely precise. A built-in cutting line indicator lets you know where the cut will be made. Not only is the 1046 precise, it is also extremely safe to operate. It includes a transparent Lexan guard that prevents access to the blade during the cutting process. The entire body of the 1046 is made from heavy-gauge metal and a handy guide on the surface of the cutter makes it easy to create common cuts.
