This dual-bar chamber sealer can be used for packaging poultry, beef, chicken, fish, vegetables, fruits and more. The 45 XII is extremely easy to set up. The control panel makes adjustments quick and easy. An optional inert gas kit allows you to adjust the gas levels to fit the product you are packaging. Simply place your product in a vacuum seal bag, place it in the machine, close the hood and let the machine do the rest. A large 13 ¾" x 18" x 4 ½" sealing area give you a lot of room to work with.
