FEATURED PRODUCTS OF THE MONTH

----New Royal Typewriters----

ABC Office is offering a new line of office products for the month of June . This new product line is a series of typewriters from the popular manufacturer Royal. Yes, that's right, typewriters! Although typewriters may seem a little archaic to modern standards, many businesses and people still use typewriters to fill forms, documentation and write reports. To help facilitate this continuing need, ABC Office has added a total of six new typewriters (http://www.abcoffice.com/typewriters.htm?NL).

These new typewriter capabilities and functions eliminate errors and save a lot of time for those who still need a typewriter. Many schools, lawyers’ offices, government entities and businesses still use typewriters. Royal brand typewriters help facilitate these organizations. Integrated memory and an LCD feature allow many of these typewriters to store typed text for later typing. At 22 characters a second, many of these typewriters print faster than many modern-day printers.

NEW ABC OFFICE SERVICE AGREEMENTS

We are proud to announce the addition of service contracts on almost all our office equipment. These new service contracts can be purchased with new office equipment over the Internet. You will find the new service agreements, highlighted in blue, below the product's features.

The service agreement, depending on the product, usually covers non-wearable parts for a period of a year. The service agreement will cover shipping, parts and labor. This is a great way to keep your office equipment up and running for years to come. Feel free to visit our Web site (www.abcoffice.com), select a piece of office equipment and look at the new option.

ASK DAVE QUESTIONS

QUESTION: I am interested in getting some photo IDs for my business. I don't have the money right now to purchase a photo ID card printer. Do you sell photo IDs for businesses?

ANSWER: We can create custom photo ID cards for you. You will need to call (800-658-8788) or e-mail us (info@abcoffice.com) with a general idea of what you need and we can help get you a quote. We have a professional ID card designer that can help get the card laid out and printed for you. We can then package the printed ID cards and mail them out to you. We have several customers that have us create custom photo ID cards for them on a regular basis.

---- QUESTION: We are in need of an industrial-strength vacuum sealer. I am currently looking at your MVS 45 and have a few questions. Is it able to be used for continuous periods of time? Is it able to vacuum seal non-food items?

ANSWER: The MVS 45 is an industrial-strength vacuum sealer and can easily be run on a continuous basis. This vacuum sealer is not a simple home-use machine. Although this machine is often used to shrink wrap beef jerky, fish, meat, vegetables and more, it can also be used to vacuum seal non-food products. Because it is able to remove 99.9% of the air, it is great for protecting and preserving just about anything. It can also be adjusted to handle delicate products, such as potato chips, by adjusting the amount of removed air. You can see this product in action by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/video-demos.htm?pgnm=mvs-45&title1=MVS+45+Chamber+Vacuum+Sealer?NL

---- QUESTION: I am looking for a paper drill and am having trouble determining what style of drill bit I should get. Could you help me out?

ANSWER: Many of our paper drills have the drill bit style listed under the features, as you can see with the EBM-2.1 paper drill (http://www.abcoffice.com/pdebm2.htm?NL). We are in the process of getting drill bits listed with all our machines. If you find a machine that doesn't list a drill bit, go to our drill bit index (http://www.abcoffice.com/drill_s.htm?NL). Each style of drill bit has the machine listed that it will work with.
