FEATURED PRODUCTS OF THE MONTH ----Max Bantam Paper Counter---- The Max Bantam paper counter can take a stack of about 1000 sheets of paper and count it right down to the last sheet of paper with 100 percent accuracy. The entire process takes just seconds. This is thanks to a series of lasers, sensors and pneumatic gadgetry. No matter how many times a stack is placed in the counter, the final count will be the same every time. Who uses a paper counter? Industries that print material and need to keep inventory of paper use paper counters. You can find the Max Bantam by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/bantam.htm?NL. What is the biggest difference between the three models? ANSWER: The biggest difference between the three models is the amount of time that they can record audio. Much like traditional analog tape recorders, audio length can be increased at a price of audio quality. The model 9016SU (http://www.abcoffice.com/9016su.htm?NL) can record for a maximum of 16 hours where the 9065SU (http://www.abcoffice.com/9016su.htm?NL), which is a bit more of an investment, can record audio for a maximum of 65 hours. There are also other minute differences such as the ability to play and record on schedule and an alarm. They are all very compact, weighing only ounces. ---- QUESTION: I was looking at your stackable chairs (http://www.abcoffice.com/stackable-chairs.htm?NL) and noticed the phrase "double rub" is used quite frequently. What does that mean? ANSWER: A double-rub is a testing method that uses a special machine that passes a testing pad back and forth over the fabric until it is worn out. Each back-and-forth pass is known as a double-rub. Commercial grade fabrics usually wear out after 100,000 to 250,000 double-rubs. Domestic fabrics are usually rated at 25,000 double-rubs. You can’t visually tell how well fabric will hold up until it has been tested. --- QUESTION: Is your wooden furniture such as the flexible seating (http://www.abcoffice.com/seating1.htm?NL) and the lobby tables (http://www.abcoffice.com/credence.htm?NL) customizable? ANSWER: Most of our wood furniture is customizable. Modifications such as table height, length and width is no problem. Etched wording and symbols are also an option on some furniture. We have a factory were all the furniture is made and are able to make a variety of modifications. I would recommend e-mailing (info@abcoffice.com) or calling (800-658-8788) one of our customer service representatives for exact pricing and answers on custom orders. Custom furniture usually takes 4-6 weeks to be manufactured and shipped. Feel free to look at all our wood office furniture by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/furniture1.htm?NL. --- QUESTION: How long are your quotes good for? Can I request one online? ANSWER: Our quotes are good for 30 days from the time they are generated. If you find a product on our Web site that you may need or find interesting, I would highly recommend getting a quote. This will lock the price for 30 days. If the price goes down, we can create a new quote at your request. The quote is non-binding and does not commit you to any purchase. You can request a quote online by going to this link and filling out the form: http://www.abcoffice.com/official-quote.htm?NL. You may also request a quote via telephone (800-658-8788). Quotes can be e-mailed, faxed or mailed at your request.
