--Mail Tabbers Q&A--

QUESTION: Hi Dave. Do you have a machine that will tri-fold a piece of paper and tab it?

ANSWER: Most of our paper folders will do a tri-fold, also referred to as a double-parallel fold. You can find all our paper folders here: http://www.abcoffice.com/fold1.htm?NL.

Once the paper has been folded, you can then run the paper through a tabbing machine. Tabbing machines take pre-folded paper and place a tab on the opening, keeping the paper sealed shut for mailing. You can find our tabbers here: http://www.abcoffice.com/tab1.htm?NL.

QUESTION: Which paper folder would you recommend for 3,000 documents per month?

ANSWER: I would highly recommend using the Dynafold DE-102AF paper folder for that volume. You can find that paper folder here: http://www.abcoffice.com/de102af.htm?NL.

QUESTION: Will this paper folder work on glossy paper?

ANSWER: The DE102AF is a friction-feed paper folder and will not work with glossy paper. Glossy paper causes friction-feed paper folders to jam. For glossy paper you will need an air-feed paper folder (http://www.abcoffice.com/paperfoldera.htm?NL).

QUESTION: I won't be using any glossy paper, but will be using 60 pound card stock. Will the Dynafold DE-102AF work for that?

ANSWER: The DE-102AF can only handle up to 24 pound paper. For something that thick I would recommend using the Dynafold DE-322AF. It can handle up to 110 pound card stock. You can find the Dynafold DE-322AF by going here: http://www.abcoffice.com/de322af.htm?NL.

--Pallet Truck Q&A--

QUESTION: Dave, I am looking for a pallet truck that is 20 1/2-inches wide. I am having a hard time finding where the widths of the pallet trucks are listed. Could you help me?

ANSWER: We try to include all our product information in a section called "Specifications" that can usually be found below the product. In the case of the pallet trucks, the specifications are two-thirds the way down the page.

If you look at the TT55 Thork pallet truck (http://www.abcoffice.com/tt55a20.htm) you will see in the specifications table a category labeled "Fork Width." It says this particular pallet truck is 20 1/2-inches. You will also see a category called "Fork Length" that tells you how long the fork is on the different models.

If for any reason you are unable to find information in the Features or Specifications sections of the product page, please give us a call (800-658-8788) or e-mail us (info@abcoffice.com). We will then let you know the answer to your question and add the information to our site.

--Comb Binding Q&A--

QUESTION: Hi Dave! I am looking at your Ibico/GBC C250 (http://www.abcoffice.com/ibikombo.htm?NL) and your Ibico/GBC C150 (http://www.abcoffice.com/ibipre.htm?NL) and need to know what the difference is between the two models.

ANSWER: The biggest difference between the two of them is that the C250 has disengaging dies, where the C150 does not. They both handle the same volumes of paper.

QUESTION: What exactly does that mean? Disengaging dies?

ANSWER: That means that you have the ability to engage or turn off a punching die. This is especially nice when punching odd-size paper. This helps eliminate half-punched holes.

QUESTION: How long would it take to get that delivered to Arkansas?

ANSWER: You would be looking at about 4-5 business days, going ground. We have those models in stock, so we should be able to ship those out tomorrow.
