Advantages Of A Kneeling Chair
Thursday, July 30th, 2009
If you’re like me and work in an office, you probably sit in a chair for good portion of the day. If you’re lucky, you’re using an ergonomic chair that conforms to your body for better posture and comfort. Regardless of the chair you are using, sitting in a chair all day long can take its toll on your back and neck. If you have already tried several chairs and still can’t seem to get comfortable, you may want to try a kneeling chair.
Kneeling chairs position your body in a way so that a lot of the pressure put on your lower back is directed towards your legs. This position is much more comfortable for many people and it isn’t uncommon for one using a kneeling chair to see a significant improvement in back pain. Kneeling chairs are also a great way to improve posture.
Many people look at a kneeling chair and immediately think, “that just doesn’t look comfortable.” Using a kneeling chair, due to the angles involved, is nothing like kneeling on the floor. These chairs are designed for ideal and optimum comfort. I have used one of these chairs personally and can vouch for its comfort.
We just recently added a Safco brand kneeling chair to our site. It is reasonably priced, in comparison to other office chairs. Please feel free to stop by our site and take a look. You can find it by clicking here. You can see our entire selection of office chairs here.
