We have just added a new line of substrate cutters to our site from Fletcher Terry. These aren’t your standard run-of-the-mill paper cutters. These new cutters are known as substrate cutters. I have written several articles in the past about the best types of scrapbook paper cutters and would now like to cover some of the most popular types of blades.
