The Ohaus RE15CUS is a great food scale for use with items up to 30lb in weight. While it is great for use with meats, cheese, vegetables, fruits and other food, it can also be used with weighing other items. The RE15CUS includes a tower mount backlit LCD display, as well as a front display for showing weight and price. This scale is extremely easy to use and features durable ABS and stainless steel construction. It can be used in a retail environment, with an included AC adapter, or in a farmer's market setting with 6 D cell batteries. This scale is durable, extremely accurate and very easy to use. A 32-button keyboard makes data easy to entry and settings easy to program. It also includes 24 preset keys for easy recall of up to 32 PLUs and the built-in memory stores up to 100 PLUs.
