The Roller 200 is a versatile conveyor specifically designed for materials with flat and complex bottoms. It features double cross-braces and reinforced inner legsfor added strength. All-steel construction provides structural integrity when the conveyor is fully extended or configured in simple or compound curves. Heavy duty casters standard. It is ideal for manufacturing, assembly, packaging and distribution applications.

Capacity with 5-1/4" Axle Centers:
Fully extended: 200 lbs per linear foot.
Rollers:
S -1-3/8" OD, galvanized steel rollers with sealed ball bearings and spring-loaded axles.
Axles:
5/16" steel axles at leg point assembly. Spring-loaded at side-link connections.
Axle Centers:
Standard 5-1/4" axle centers. Three and four-inch restrictors available.
Leg Sets and 2-Point Connection:
1-1/8" OD, 12-gauge steel tubing. Four-point bolted leg connection to skate wheel axles and side links.
Height Adjustment:
Standard: 28" to 36"
Optional: 24" to 28", 36" to 44", 44" to 52"
Side Links and Connections:
7-gauge, zinc-plated steel. Top connections: 5/16" steel axles with lock nuts. Cross-point connections: steel pivot pins, spring-loaded retainers. Bottom connections: pivot pins and 5/16" steel tie rods.
Box Stop/Handle:
1-1/8" OD, 12-gauge steel tubing. Folds down.
Couplers:
7-gauge steel couplers link conveyors together
Heavy-Duty Casters:
5" x 1-1/2" swivel casters. Lock pedal brakes on first and last leg sets.
