I have had the 1750 for several years with very few problems. But lately, it has been freezing up, where we have to shut it off and turn it back on several times. Also, the keys stick a lot now. The company that does our repair work it said that there is nothing they can do to fix it, and is trying to sell us a new register. I think it's just a sales gimmick to get us to buy a new machine. Do you know of anyone that can fix it for us?
Pros: When it works, it's great!
Cons: Can't find anyone to fix it.
We have a Certified service department to repair all the products we sale. |
