The QC-S100 collator incorporates high-performance and full-featured paper-feed detection and programmability in a compact design. With its simple set-up and operation, the QC-S100 is equally well suited in an office or a production-printing environment. As collating needs grow, the modular design of this system easily expands from a single 10-bin tower, to 20 or 30-bins of high speed, trouble-free collating.

- Split-tower programming for load on the fly operation.
- New two-bin cover insertion mode.
- Paper in-bin detection, to stop collating when bin(s) empty.
- Opacity detection system, that reads the sheet to more accurately detect misses, jams and double feeds.
- Number of Bins 10, 20, or 30 Bins by Upgrading to one or two Upgradeable QC-S100 Collator 10 Bins (B and C Tower with conveyor).
- Total count (ascending), preset counter (descending).
- Straight and offset stacking.
- Sensors for bin empty, receiving tray full, and transport door open.
- Error detection for miss, double and jam detection by opacity.
