The SVAL is an automatic, in-line sleeve wrapper designed to wrap long packs, single packs or collated packs in trays at faster speeds. Sleeve wrappers are designed to wrap a wide variety of packs, either as individual packs, or as collations. Two rolls of film are sealed in the middle, creating a single curtain of film. As the pack travels into the film, the wrapper creates a “sleeve” around the pack. The heavy-duty sealing blade provides a unique strong seal to complete the “sleeve.” The pack then travels into the shrink tunnel and a reliable sealed pack is produced.
