Able to print on CR-80 cards (15 to 63 mils thick), this printer creates brilliant 300 dpi images. This is good enough for creating ID cards with pictures, security badges with full-color logos and much more. This printer is fast, capable of printing a full card in about 25 seconds. When used with the right software, this printer can be left along to batch print ID cards. The Tango is available in four different versions. You can order the standard Tango, the Tango S with a smart card contact station, the Tango M with a magnetic stripe encoder or the Tango MS that has smart card and magnetic stripe capabilities.

HoloKote™ Information:
Holokote™ keys are an add on item and are an additional cost to the printer. Protection from forgery is achieved thanks to Ultra's patented HoloKote™ system which cannot be copied or bypassed. This unique security feature imprints a repeating frosted security logo into the overcoat during the normal print cycle. A standard HoloKote™ logo is built into the Tango, but increased security can be achieve through the use of an encrypted custom lock which is electronically stored in a miniature 'Compact Flash' sized UltraSecure™ key. HoloKote™ cost absolutely nothing to use, and the custom logo turnaround times and set-up charges for UltraSecure keys are minimal.
UltraCover Plus / Extended Warranty Information:
- Replace with charge a failed printhead whatever the cause of failure.
- Repair without charge a failed printer.
- Provide a loan unit to replace a printer returned for repair.
- Pay for all shipments to the customer.
- UltraCover Plus is available only to customers in North America and the European Economic Community.
- UltraCover Plus provides free for two years from the time of original purchase of the Magicard Card Printer to which it relates. The opportunity to purchase additional years on the expiration date may by made available at Ultra's sole discretion.
