A number of years ago I purchased a GPC comb binder 3rd/4th hand from a closing office supply store. There were no instructions, I learned those from looking at binders in another office supply store but did not write them out.

Years later - i.e. after 10:00 pm CST tonight - my husband and I tried to use the binder with no success. I came to the computer, Googled "comb binder instructions" and VOILA!! - your website with the wonderfully instructive video and the PDF Setup and Operation Instructions.

Even though my binder is not an Ibico, it is now useable. I'm always saying "you can find anything on the Internet" and your site is proof. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!

Wanted you to know I got the laminator yesterday. WOW, is it ever fantastic!! I took cards that I had taken to local businesses to laminate and that they had messed up, thought well it can't get any worse and the machine made them perfect!! You were right about having variable speeds & higher temps.

I received my cutter a little over an hour ago.

I just trimmed 10 sheets of 12 X 18" / 5 ml laminated cardstock. Worked fantastically. It seems to be, every bit as heavy duty, as the Rotatrim cutters. The double bar seems to make it more sturdy, and the item being cut, doesn't have the tendency to slide quite as much.

What used to take me close to 5-10 minutes to trim, on my $ 30.00 rotary cutter, I can do now in a matter of 30 seconds to a minute. I even put two 5 mil, laminated cardstock together, and it cut through that very nicely. So 7 mil. or even 10 mil. lamination should not be a problem.

So far, this cutter is going to be just want I needed and perhaps more. It's so nice to finally being able to start doing my cutting and trimming projects.

Thank you again for all your help with my orders. I have enjoyed working with you, and appreciate all your time, spent with reading and responding my emails and phone calls. If I need any more "toys" I'll definitely be in contact with you.

I have not placed the new blade in my paper cutter yet, but it looks exactly like the one I had previously (for years and years and years). Thank you for all your help in replacing my blade. I have been using ABC for several years now and always get the supplies that I need. The web site is easy to use and the service is very quick. I am always surprised when my order arrives before I expect it. I have found that I can order supplies that I need that are a higher quality and at a lower price than other vendors. I also know of others who are purchasing the same supplies that I get from ABC and are paying higher prices for lesser quality - I've passed on my source to them and hope they will take advantage of it.
