The Time Q Plus time and attendance badge system eliminates the need to buy, prepare, and calculate employee time cards. This system is easy to install. Simply swipe and go! The Time Q Plus features a 120 employees capacity. This system can handle all pay periods, twelve shifts, two classes of overtime, California overtime and offers automatic daylight savings time. The Time Q Plus system exports data directly to many of the most popular third party payroll programs. It is designed for use with QuickBooks®. Time Q Plus and holds data for numerous reports such as: hour's summary, who's in, who's out, employee profiles, and time cards. Time Q Plus is capable of editing employee punches and can review reports at a PC. You can purchase an optional signal control program for use with a buzzer, bell or horn.

- Easy entry of employee data, clock rules, and shift/schedule rules via the computer.
- Signal control to activate up to 24 daily signals. Each signal has a variable duration and may be set by the day of the week.
- "Detail" feature explains punch calculations while editing.

It's a great time clock, very seldom have any problems, but at this time I have installed a new PC to work with the Time Q Plus and it says there is a problem with the software and I am having problems finding updated software. Where do I go to find the updated version of the software for this device.
Pros: Reliable.
Cons: Physical wear on card reader. |
