Why would I want to use a corner rounder?
Corner rounders help add an extra dimension to documents, business cards, menus and more. It helps set documents apart. Cutting corners off of paper also helps prevent corners from snagging on things, bending and scratching. Even if only a 1/8-inch diameter corner rounder is used, the document simply looks better.
Can I round more than one sheet at a time?
Most corner rounders can cut the corners off of hundreds of sheets of paper at a time. Some corner rounders, however, such as the Carl CP corner rounder, are only designed for occasional single-sheet cutting.
Can I change the cutting size of the corner cutter?

Can I use my corner rounder on laminated paper?
Most corner rounders can cut paper that has been laminated. There are two things to take into consideration though. First, laminating paper moves around a lot, so you will want to ensure that the paper stays lined-up as it is being cut. Second, laminated paper will dull the blade faster than non-laminated paper.
Can I use my corner rounder on cover or card stock?
Corner rounders can cut through cover / card stock just as easily as standard paper. Be aware that you will not be able to cut as many sheets at a time. Most corner rounder manufacturers base their maximum capacity on the thickness of the stack and not the amount of individual sheets of paper.
Can I get replacement parts for my corner rounder?
The majority of corner rounders have interchangeable cutting dies. This means if one gets dull you can add a replacement. Most people have two or three different sizes of cutting dies on hand. If for any reason a spring, handle or other component of the corner rounder breaks, we have a service department that can help you get replacement parts.

This depends on the corner rounder. You will need to read the "specifications" on the corner rounder to determine the minimum and maximum size of paper that can be cut. Most corner rounders can easily handle small pieces of paper. The dimension you will really need to look at is the maximum paper size. Although many corner rounders can still cut larger size paper, many make it much easier by including a large base to help support the larger paper.
Are there any electric corner rounders?
Yes. Electric corner rounders are available. An example of this is the Diamond 5 corner rounder. Although electric is convenient, most manually operated corner rounders require little effort to operate due to the mechanical design and leverage of the handle.
