Different Payment Methods

It is easy for any educational institution to purchase equipment with ABC Office. We accept all forms of federal, state and local payment. This includes purchase orders, checks, leasing, I.M.P.A.C. cards, SmartPay cards and much more.

If you are paying with a purchase order, you may fax, e-mail or mail it in to us. We are very accommodating to any kind of purchase order. We do have a government verification form that we like first-time buyers to fill out. This is to verify that you are in fact a government entity, and not somebody trying to commit fraud on behalf of the government. Once filled out, you will never have to fill out this form again. Purchase orders may then be submitted at any time for convenient purchasing.

You may order over the phone, over the Internet through our secure shopping cart or fax your order.

    GSA Pricing and Equipment

    At ABC Office, much of our office equipment has a GSA contract that we can honor. Feel free to ask us if a product has a GSA contract. We can help you with all your GSA purchases.

    Most of our products are priced below GSA. If you need to save money and would like to push your budget a little farther, you may want to consider purchasing a product below GSA pricing. We also offer a convenient "Low-Price Guarantee" on our entire product line. If you find a product for less somewhere else, you can submit a price match request and we can get you a better deal.
