Minipack Galileo / Galaxy Has No Electrical Plug?

Minipack Galileo Shrink Wrap Machine SystemIt’s already a well-known fact that the Minipack Galileo and Galaxy are two of the most popular and highest-recommended shrink wrap machines around. There is one small thing that you may need to be aware of, however, before purchasing one of them.

While we do try to specify this on the respective product pages, both the Minipack Galaxy and Galileo ship without an electrical plug. The power cable is still with the machine, but the end (where the plug should be) has exposed wires. So why is this?

This is because of the various outlets used throughout the country and world. Remember, these machines are made in Italy.  The Galaxy is a 110-120V system and the Galileo is a 220-240V system. The end connector you use will depend entirely on what’s available in your building.

In conclusion, don’t worry if your Galaxy or Galileo has no plug. This is perfectly normal and is done for your convenience (funny as it may seem).
